Vendor applications and deposits (which are required with the application,) should not considered an acceptance of a
contract. All vendors/product lines are subject to approval by the concert committee. Vendors must meet music festival
guidelines to be considered for display. Festival guidelines which include but are not limited to: Subject appropriate
for venue. Vendor applications submitted without $50 deposit will not be considered. If your application is accepted you
will receive a confirmation phone call and follow up letter. If your application is not accepted, you will be notified and
your check returned un-cashed.
